Javo Buffer Conveyors Sorting System
As manufacturer of buffer conveyors, among other things, JAVO offers a balanced program to buffer or transport your product. Variable sizes in length and width offer a fitting solution for any type of layout.
The buffer conveyor has a high quality belt which has two side guides. The standard JAVO color spray painted frame has a working height from 80mm to 100mm (31" to 40"). The buffer table is standard equipped with a galvanized protection strip to avoid damage from the fork.
The JAVO buffer conveyor can be combined with a push-over and/or take-off robot for further automation.

Javo Push Over Robot
With the Push Over Robot, JAVO offers a standardized solution for quick and efficient placing of pots or trays onto a buffer conveyor. The dimensions are adjusted to the buffer conveyor.
The choice menu on a touch screen offers a variety of possibilities concerning your choice of a certain buffer pattern and the switching (on/off) of extra functions like adding water.
The Push-Over Robot is standard supplied with a flat push-over beam and adjusted for one supply direction. The fork movement has a stepless electronic speed control. The Robot uses a minimum of compressed air and is noise friendly.
With an hourly capacity of around 3,500 pots, round as well as square pots from 9cm up to 25cm (3-3/4" up to 10") can be buffered. Your new logistically correct layout provides considerable labor savings.
JAVO likes to be of service to provide you with more insight. A well balanced PLC program provides high performance. Messages on the screen offer the solution to mishaps. This means a minimum of down time and a user-friendly system.

Javo Take-Off Robot
JAVO designed a unique take off system for round pots in combination with a buffer conveyor. The patented electrical pot take off system is equipped with a moving belt which effortlessly moves the pots from the buffer pattern onto the take off conveyor. This take off robot is mounted to the JAVO buffer conveyor as a module and installed as a complete unit.
The take off robot is standard supplied with a take off belt and is adjusted for one take away direction. The speed of the take off motion is electronically adjustable (PLC) and equipped with a belt drive. Very reliable and noise friendly. The JAVO take off robot meets the needs of the highest demands. Completely electrical, no compressed air necessary.
