Javo Compact Linear Robot
The JAVO 'Compact' is a linear robot which, among other things, is suitable for automatic pick up and accurate placing of high and top heavy potted plants into plant carriers.
The revolutionary "underneath return" principle is the base of a very reliable function. The return of the fork is not over the plants, but goes under the conveyor belt to the next row of plants. One cannot think of a more efficient motion. The compact stroke in combination with a new PLC program, assures a quiet and steady operation of this robot even at high capacity (600 strokes per hour). The robot can be equipped with various forks and collectors.
The JAVO 'Compact' is equipped with its own control circuit but can be integrated in other systems.
The JAVO 'Compact' is standard equipped with servo motors. Because of the compact construction, this robot is very much suitable for integration in advanced transport systems and since there are no obstructions can be "viewed at a glance".

Javo Linea-Recta
Motion 1
JAVO adds the "Linea-Recta" to the two existing types of robots. The conventional robot has been produced for over 20-years and the JAVO "Compact" was introduced in 2006.
During the design of the JAVO "Linea-Recta" much attention was given to the needs of the growers and the existing applications. This third variety from JAVO consists of proven techniques and the software control of the "Compact", but with new linear techniques and standard equipped with Servo motors.
The JAVO "Linea-Recta" places pots with upmost precision and when required, with very high speed.
