Javo Soil Bunker Toploader type

The patented scraping technique delivers the substrate to a discharge conveyor by means of a first in, last out system. In combination with tandem powered wheels, the fork is precisely transported back and forward by means of a spindle track. The spindle track and guide frame are constructed in combination and can be mounted to existing construction.

The smooth side walls of the machine prevent any remaining substrate remaining in the bunker. The bunker can be loaded very efficiently by moving the fork outside of the bunker. Minimum loss of storage capacity.

All movements are PLC controlled and equipped with electronic speed control. Because of the mounting of the switch controls on the fork, all cables can be mounted cleanly.

The TopLoader is constructed according to customer specifications and several options are possible.
