The Javo Standard Potting
Machine:
A product of
technical perfection, the Javo Standard is the work horse of potting machines.
A traditional policy of continuous improvement has resulted in a machine that
meets the requirements of the most exacting growers.
The
machine has a large and efficient working area and can be used with various
types of soil including fibrous and coarse compost. Its four wheels make it
easy to move and re-locate.
Each Javo
Standard may be supplied and fitted with a comprehensive range of accessories
and equipment to ensure that each machine is tailored to satisfy your specific
needs.

The Javo Super Potting Machine:
This potting
machine combines the latest Javo technology and improvements, making it a
leader in it's field. Suitable for all soil types, the Super offers
consistently high levels of operational reliability and performance.
The
technically unsurpassed Super comes fitted with an automatic soil regulator
with paddle wheel, preserving soil structure which makes the potting easier.
Each Javo
Super can be 'customised' with a range of advanced accessories in order that
your exact operational requirements are met.
The Javo Combi Machine:
Simple to operate,
the Javo Combi is a strongly built but smaller machine than the Standard and
Super potter's. With a continuous moving pottrack ring, the Combi can
handle up to 4,000 pots per hour (without drill).
The
pottrack may be replaced with a simple tray flat filler unit, incorporating
conveyor belt, rotor and brush unit. With a choice of two soil elevating
systems, the Javo Combi Standard and SE offer excellent handling and capacity
performance.
The Javo Rotofill Machine:
The ideal machine
to fill flats, multi-plates, plug trays, forestry trays
etc. The adjustable
vibrating system and the height adjustable rotor guarantees soil density as
well as equal distribution. The filled trays are finished and cleaned with a
height adjustable fast rotating brush unit.
All
adjustments are very simple and easily done. No adjustments required for width
of trays. Capacity depends on the adjustable speed settings, however:

Trays of 52 x 40cm (20 x 16) approx. 700/hr.
·
Smaller trays, up to 2000/hr.
The Javo Plus Machine:
Smooth action pot
track ring with central adjustments for pot size and height (8cm to 23cm (3 to
11) pot diameter). Electronically controlled pot track delivering up to
approx. 4,500 pots/hr.

(no chain) to minimise soil structure changes.

The Javo
Optima Machine:
The new Javo Optima is the beginning of a new
generation of potting machines. 40 years of evolution and experience in the
production of potting machines, mixed with the specific demands of clients has
resulted in the development of the Optima. A potting machine which can be used
for both round and square pots.
The JAVO OPTIMA has a new style adjustable pot-tack
suitable for square and round pots and is unique in that it will handle 9cm to
28cm pots without the need for separate pot holders or changing anything on the
pot-track.
The Javo Big Bale
Machine:
In order to process the Big Bale a dispensing unit has been developed.
This reliable machine is mobile and can be deployed any where. The Big Bale
packaging is easy to remove, after which a pallet truck is used to place the
bale into the machine.
The Big Bale is then turned over in the bunker and
the compost is ready to use. A fluffing mechanism ensures that the compost is
restored to the structure and volume required. The machine is simple to
control, dispensing the required quantity of compost on command.
The machine controls can be extended to include an
automatic level control for filling potting or tray filling machines.

The Javo
Easy Topper:
The Javo Easy Topper is simple to operate and
suitable for round as well as square/round pots. Using an easily adjustable sliding plate, the
topping material is accurately distributed on the pot. The proven reverse
elevator system from the bark topper guarantees an even and quick supply
without the material jamming at the bottom of the elevator. Even more precise
adjustments can be made with the distribution plate which comes already mounted
in the bin.
The machine comes
with stationary mounting brackets (left and right) for use with Javo conveyor
belts. The pot is scraped off before leaving the machine and the excess
material is recycled. This is a clean, and cost saving operation.
The positioning
of the Easy Topper is completely up to you. Pot supply can be from either side.
The Easy Topper comes on wheels for ease of movement.

The Alvan Blanch Compost Mixers are
ideal for blending a wide range of products of varying dnsities: peat, heavy
earth, soil, bark, grit fertilizers, minerals etc. Their heavy duty design also
makes them suitable for many industrial applications.

effect as self emptying reserve hoppers.
