Here at the Hortec Workshop we hold a large number of parts to keep you potting. This reduces the downtime on transporting parts from Europe. To get parts to you as quick as we can – we can overnight parts to you, you can come and collect, or if it the stars align – collect from our onsite engineers if they are in your area. We’ve even had people pick up from our own homes if that works best!
Basically, we want to do whatever we can to get you up and running again ASAP. We appreciate that machine downtime is a serious issue for production. You don’t need a load of plants ready for potting on and no machine to pot with, or conveyor to move them with.
Genuine Parts
Hortec only recommend the use of Genuine parts. We can share tales of woe of customers who have made parts themselves only to find, either that they don’t last or that they cause unexpected problems with the machine.
We also hold a stock of used parts stripped from old machines. While we would love it if every old and obsolete machine was replaced with a nice shiny new one (Speak to Steve it that is the case!) we understand that is not always a viable option.

No problem! Our engineers can advise and we have a back catalogue of parts drawings to help. Pictures, Serial Number, & Year of manufacture will help with this.
In the event we are not able to offer parts quickly enough, then we can also offer the option of hire machines on a long or short term basis.
